Reborn in 1978: From the Start, My Beautiful Sister-in-Law Comes to Borrow Grain

After reading just two chapters, I noticed several errors. The first chapter begins by saying that the sister-in-law has two daughters, but in the next paragraph it becomes only one. My sister-in-law Chen Zhi's name sometimes becomes Li Xiulian. The first sentence said that this was the first time that my sister-in-law came to the door, and the second sentence said that it was the second time that she came to the door. The injury in the previous life made the sister-in-law afraid of the protagonist, but now that the protagonist has just been reborn and has not harmed the sister-in-law, why does the sister-in-law still feel fear (the book says it is because of the injury in the previous life, could it be that the sister-in-law is also reborn?). These problems were discovered in Chapters 1 and 2, but you can imagine how many errors there will be in the following chapters.
