Ling Chen transmigrates to the world of cultivation, only to end up a good-for-nothing with a dried-up spiritual root. He had planned to lie flat and live out the rest of his days in peace, but instead awakened a bizarre "Can't Die Even If I Want To" Destiny System. The System cheerfully announced, "Congratulations! This System has only one achievement: die whenever you want, and become a god for all eternity!" So Ling Chen recklessly picks fights with the big shots of the immortal sects, until an Immortal Venerable finally breaks down and shouts, "Are you ever going to stop?!" Then, one day, Ling Chen finally closes his eyes in satisfaction... Only for the immortals and demons of the Three Realms to suddenly kneel and cry, "Senior, wake up! You've broken the cycle of reincarnation!"
