The Legendary System of the Immortal Path Against the World

In a xianxia world, a bolt of chaotic purple lightning splits open an ancient forbidden land. A bronze coffin that had lain dormant for ten thousand years shatters, and Chen Feng awakens. Hidden within him is a forbidden power so terrifying even the Heavenly Dao fears it: primordial true blood. It was also the reason the gods and Buddhas of the heavens had him killed in his previous life. Chen Feng activates the System and sets out on the road to turning his fortunes around. However, villainous forces determined to preserve the existing balance of power in the cultivation world repeatedly obstruct his access to resources and sabotage his relationships with his allies. Meanwhile, the inheritor of the most mysterious sacred ground in the world bears a nine-petaled blood lotus mark between their brows, sharing the same origin as his. The sacred ground and other forces see Chen Feng as a threat and want him dead.

At first, Chen Feng is weak. Memories of his previous life have also left him emotionally scarred, affecting his decisions in battle and his state of mind during cultivation. Su Yuqi becomes caught in a romantic entanglement between Chen Feng and another suitor, throwing her emotions into chaos. Misled by a misunderstanding, the righteous sects brand Chen Feng a demonic cultivator and hunt him down.

Chen Feng faces a one-year deadline. If he cannot gather the ancient divine artifacts and reach the Immortal Venerable realm in time, his primordial true blood will be taken, unleashing a catastrophe that will engulf heaven and earth. Along the way, some who waver for the sake of profit betray him, plunging him into a crisis of trust. But with the help of the System, he grows stronger through every hardship, eventually overpowering his rivals and saving all living beings.
