Reborn as a Vampire: Starting by Judging Bullies

I died, then came back to life.

In this life, I was reborn in the body of a boy who had been bullied to death.

I discovered that this world had no gods, demons, or supernatural beings. I was the only exception!

Yet the evil in this world was appalling.

School violence, rape and murder, bullying the lonely and helpless, arson, murder, looting, and robbery were everywhere.

If that's how things are, then let me, a creature who should belong to the darkness, bring you true light.

When the law cannot deliver justice, I am justice!

The moment you commit a crime, you stop being human. You're nothing but my food!
