Introduction to Crowfeather and Styx On the winter night of 1991, twin baby girls were born at the Baihua Village Health Center. The healthy elder sister became the "lucky one" under the policy, while the younger sister Xiao Xiao, who almost died, was adopted by her father's comrade Xiao's family.
