Ao Guang, the third prince of the Dragon King of the Eastern Sea, falls into a modern city because of a bug in the Heavenly Court System. (The official explanation: unstable Wi-Fi at the Southern Heavenly Gate caused a transmigration passage to stall.) To earn enough “merit points in the mortal world” to return to the Heavenly Court, he is forced to work hard at an ordinary job. Along the way, he gradually gathers other gods stranded in the human world, and together they face hilarious challenges of modern life.
