The protagonist doesn't know the story's plot.

When he was ten, Meng Yao was kicked down a flight of stairs. The accident unexpectedly awakened memories of his past life.

He is both Meng Yao and Zhou Yao.

So what if his body is as insignificant as dust? He has never believed in fate.

From then on, he joins the Jiang clan, befriends Wei Wuxian, becomes Jiang Fengmian's disciple, and plots Yu Ziyuan's death.

After the catastrophe at Lotus Pier, he assists Jiang Yanli, helps drive the Sunshot Campaign, purges the cultivation clans, and builds watchtowers after the war, eventually ascending to the position of Chief Cultivator.

But surely Meng Yao's ambitions don't end there.

As the Jiang clan's sect leader and a woman, Jiang Yanli is the perfect figurehead.

He will use this as a starting point, awakening female cultivators' desire for equal rights and spreading this movement from the cultivation world to the common people!

Hundreds of years ago, Wen Mao strengthened the clans and weakened the sects.

Today, hundreds of years later, Meng Yao will break the chains of hierarchy, abolish hereditary status and brothels, and ensure that no one in the world is held back by their birth or gender!

The road ahead is long and arduous, but with his beloved and dear friends by his side, he will never walk it alone!

Lan Xichen: “The Lan forehead ribbon may only be taken by the one destined for its wearer. A-Yao, would you take mine off?”

Meng Yao: “Lan Xichen, Lan Huan. Do you know that life is like a game of chess?”

Lan Xichen: “Once a move is made, there is no taking it back.”

Meng Yao: “You are a gentleman, but I am not.”

Lan Xichen: “I may not be a gentleman, but I have selfish desires too.”
