A goofy, absurd mess of a story with no logic.

Zhu Jie, just as her name suggests, is the protagonist of this novel.

A cyberpunk citizen living in 2079, Zhu Jie was bored at work one day and started reading the kind of cultivation romance that might have been popular decades ago: the heroine was a sweet, innocent flower, the hero was expressionless, and the entire plot went round and round through their “breakups” and “makeups.”

Halfway through, Zhu Jie couldn’t take it anymore and ejected the novel chip from her brain-computer interface.

The next second, she was dead.

When she opened her eyes again, Zhu Jie discovered that she had transmigrated into the cultivation romance novel.

She was shocked, devastated, and in disbelief. She spent a while feeling down, but then remembered the novel’s ridiculous plot and perked right back up.

A juicy drama this entertaining? Of course she had to witness it in person!

So, under cover of darkness, she made her way to the bedroom of the sect leader of the cultivation sect the original heroine belonged to, and aimed her palm at the leader’s horrified face.

“Insulation layer, remove! One hundred thousand volts, engage!”

The sect leader was stunned. “A lightning spirit root!”

Zhu Jie grinned crookedly. Come on, ancient humans of the cultivation world, let me show you the power of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics!

A fun-loving heroine who lives for the gossip.

The heroine actually transmigrates into a world formed by the fusion of multiple novels. See Chapter 13 for details. It’s extremely chaotic and includes girl-on-boy, boy-on-girl, boy-on-boy, and girl-on-girl relationships. The heroine occasionally lends a hand.

Other characters have unrequited feelings for the heroine, but she won’t get involved in any pairings.

This is a postmodern work. If you dare read profound meaning into my story, I’ll make you eat my farts.
