When he was eighteen, his master found his brother. He took Bai Xunian to the home of a wealthy family, but they had long since moved away, leaving only an abandoned house behind. In the dark basement, Bai Xunian found his brother, covered in talismans and suspended from chains.
His brother looked just as he had the day they'd been separated, except for the bloody hole in his chest.
Someone had taken his brother's heart and transferred his fate. His soul was imprisoned in his body, doomed to never be reborn.
A searing hatred consumed Bai Xunian until the day he was finally strong enough to take revenge. Then his master sent him down the mountain.
From that day on, the villains would pay for their blood debts!
But Bai Xunian never expected that a single trip down the mountain to avenge his brother would lead him into so many bizarre incidents.
