Apocalypse: Fighting Our Natural Enemy, the Myriad Worlds

Natural enemies.

In nature, a natural enemy is a predator that poses an absolute threat to a particular species.

Like insects and birds, sheep and wolves, and...

humans and that thing.

There is no way for a creature to defeat its natural enemy!

In the world where Bai Ze lives, humanity’s natural enemies are beastmen.

They are strong and extraordinarily adaptable, and soon drive all of humanity to the brink of extinction.

To save themselves, humans decide to summon people from other worlds to help them defeat the beastmen.

But...

They succeed in summoning humans from other worlds, only to quickly discover that those people are in much the same predicament as they are.

They, too, have been driven to the brink of extinction by their natural enemies.

And before long, they discover that even more worlds have been merged together.

Including...

each other’s natural enemies!

To survive against these formidable foes,

humanity finally decides to launch the Natural Enemy Cricket-Fighting Plan.

They will make their natural enemies fight each other,

while humans search for a sliver of hope in the gaps between them.
