[Apocalyptic disasters + zombies + no golden finger + no romance + ordinary people]
Lin Hui, a 23-year-old recent graduate with a degree in financial management, is practical and selfish, and has a habit of stockpiling supplies from reading so many novels. When the apocalypse suddenly arrives, she sets out to find her family with her friends Shi Yue and Li Yang. After reuniting with her family, she struggles to survive five years of zombies and natural disasters, relying on careful budgeting, stockpiled supplies, and pot after pot of hot food. At last, the country is rebuilt and the world returns to normal. The story is mostly a day-by-day account of ordinary life, with some food preparation woven in, as well as the survival instincts and emotional bonds of ordinary people in the apocalypse.
This book is so confusing. The first few chapters are fine, but the order of chapters gets messed up from later on.
