Jin Xiaoshui's father was a gold tripod craftsman. He was ordered by the Queen to make a gold tripod for Prince Hua Shun, who was cultivating immortality and ascending to heaven, in order to praise Prince Hua Shun's great achievements. However, he was eventually sentenced to death by the Queen. Jin Xiaoshui and his brother lived on the streets, and eventually died in a ruined temple. Once reborn, Jin Xiaoshui was determined not to live in vain again. She wanted her father to live, and she wanted to figure out the queen's conspiracy.
