One Sword Sweeps the Azure Sky and Fills the Martial World

The martial world is in turmoil, with sects standing everywhere. The seven great sects each hold sway over their own territories, while three major clans conceal their power. Though the imperial court has established the Martial Inspectorate, it can barely control the martial world. Xiao Yunci was raised from childhood by the reclusive master Xuan Chenzi. He mastered peerless martial arts in the Cloudmist Mountains, and at eighteen descended the mountain with his Qingxiao Sword to sweep across the martial world, earning the name Jade-Faced Swordsman. His sword strikes like a river of stars pouring from the heavens, and his lightness skill skims over the waves like a swallow. Though he excels in both medicine and poison, he never shows off, using martial arts to end violence and save the people from peril. The martial world has a saying: "Better to meet a smiling King of Hell than see Xiao Yunci draw his sword." Twelve women enter his life through a series of fateful encounters. Some are bold and spirited, some gentle as water, and some mysterious and inscrutable, but all stand by his side, united by their shared convictions. The antagonist Situ Lie leads the Heavenly Fiend Sect, seeking to conquer the martial world. Ruthless in his methods, he repeatedly lays deadly traps to eliminate Xiao Yunci, only to have them foiled by Xiao's courage and wits. Feng Wuhen is both rival and friend, peerless in lightness skill and concealed weapons, and ultimately joins forces with Xiao Yunci to defeat their enemies. This is a world where a hero who stands firm through martial skill and keeps to his principles with all his heart carves out a supreme path of his own amid the turmoil of the martial world.
