Decades, or even a century, after the Rumbling was stopped, Paradis Island once thrived thanks to the power of the Titans. But as technology advanced, approaching or even reaching the level of World War I, the power of the Titans gradually became outdated and difficult to control. The walls still stand, but they have become historical relics and tourist attractions. The divide between those within the walls and those beyond them is slowly fading, even as new conflicts begin to emerge. Yet a mysterious power, utterly unlike that of the Founder Ymir and originating from the other side of the “Earth Devil,” is quietly awakening.
