During a dispute with her ex-boyfriend Fu Jingyuan, Yu Fu accidentally traveled through time and entered a world where ugliness is respected and beautiful men are discriminated against. She becomes the assistant of the melancholy handsome man Huo Zishan, and needs to complete the task of helping the handsome man untie his knot in order to return to the original world. Yu Fu helped Huo Zishan fight discrimination and improve his favorability. During this period, Fu Jingyuan also traveled through time and became a celebrity by "vilifying" him.
