[1vN] [Ghost Hunting] [Male Harem Showdown] [Conquest] [Livestreaming]
As the saying goes, a ghost who doesn't want to become Granny Meng isn't a proper thousand-year-old female ghost. Song Yiran wants to become Granny Meng, but instead she is punished and sent to the human world as a living ghost catcher, tasked with hunting the fierce ghosts listed in The Record of Vengeful Ghosts.
Eighteen years ago, she should have been reincarnated, but some audacious little lecherous ghost from the Underworld stole her spot. Now, eighteen years later, she has been punished by being sent back into her original body. Her soul won't fuse with it, so she needs a man's vital yang energy to make it fit.
That means she has no choice but to get involved with this world's chosen ones.
The ghosts in The Record of Vengeful Ghosts are all connected, to some degree, with the male leads of this world.
Some higher-up with too much time on his hands wrote a story. In it, Song Yiran is a minor character in a beloved-by-all story, as well as the fake heiress in a true-and-fake heiress plot. The real heiress is the female lead, beloved by all, and has a System bound to her. She is about to take on five men at once, and she's also the great ghost on the final page of The Record of Vengeful Ghosts.
Song Yiran is a ghost, a thousand-year-old female ghost whose soul has been tempered to perfection. She was unmatched throughout the Underworld, yet somehow the male lead made her suffer.
One male lead has a fit of madness and refuses to sleep with her. Her soul drifts, barely clinging to life. Then a certain brother coldly refuses to save her and instead kills her with one palm strike. That's how Song Yiran spent two days alive in the mortal world, only to die all over again.
To survive, she has to stay away from the male and female leads, stay away from the plot, and become an extraordinary background character.
But she also has to catch every ghost in The Record of Vengeful Ghosts within a year.
This is downright unreasonable, helpless, lawless, and fearless. She has to catch the ghosts beside the male leads, but can only do it in secret.
