When a meteorite numbered C/2022-Ω tore into the night sky and fell towards the Nameless Valley in the northwest, it brought not only skyfire, but also a key that could overturn the world's technological landscape - the Ω element. Special service engineer Lu Boxu discovered this "living" metal during his survey, but it also attracted the hunting of the transnational criminal organization "Red Ant". In order to protect the new alloy formula that could eclipse rare earths, Lu Boshu cast alloys, designed a "stick book" code, sealed the core fragments and activation keys into a pair of nunchucks, and then faked his death and hid, leaving his young son Lu Tao to grow up alone in hatred and loneliness.
Ten years later, a late iron-gray letter forced junior Lu Tao to embark on a journey to escape and find his father. Derailed trains in the wilderness, snowy mountain laboratories, boxing arenas on the high seas, relics of World War II... Natural disasters and man-made disasters intertwined, and he must penetrate the "stick book" left by his father in assassinations one after another - a sixteen-step trajectory code written with a stick and dance as the key. When the former cold and stern young man holds the alloy nunchaku, his former loneliness is ignited by his passion and responsibility: saving his father, destroying the evil spirit, destroying the cannon, redeeming the alloy, and finally turning the meteorite into a monument of peace.
The metallic roar of hard-core mechas, the hot tears of redemption between father and son, the absurd laughter of road adventures, and the ultimate question of "technology for good" all together constitute this science fiction novel that spans suspense, adventure and growth.

Thoughts on the creation of "Father's Nunchaku":
The creation of this story actually stems from an unforgettable emotion deep in my heart. I have been practicing nunchaku since I was a child, and the sonorous and powerful beat has accompanied me through countless days and nights. But every time I hold the handle of the stick, I always think of my father, the figure who was absent during my adolescence.
Now, I am also a father. In the busy life, sometimes I look up and see the back of my son playing alone, and suddenly realize that I am repeating the regrets of my father's generation. This kind of guilt and self-blame has become the biggest motivation for my creation. Thus, "Father's Nunchaku" was born.
The science fiction setting in the story may be immature, and concepts such as the omega element and the star core are not yet mature enough. But please believe that behind these wild imaginations lies a son's longing for his father, a father's guilt for his son, and a man's cherishment of friendship. Lu Tao's process of searching for his father, isn't it my pursuit of the missing father's love in words? Is Lu Boxu's forbearance and sacrifice not the apology that I want to say to my son but can't?
If there is anything worth sharing in this story, it must be the sincere emotions about family, friendship and growth. Under the guise of science fiction, what I really want to talk about is how to learn to understand from regrets and to cherish from lack.
Sorry, as a father who is new to writing, my writing skills are not strong enough to perfectly express these complex emotions. If you can feel some resonance while reading, and if you have ever had similar regrets and feelings, please feel free to share them. Let us warm each other in stories and understand each other in words. After all, the subject of love is worth learning and expressing throughout our lives.
