In New Arc City, memory is both a temple and a commodity.
Ling Ye, the former ace "Dream Weaver", is a memory thief wandering around the city's underground areas. Five years ago, he lost his partner and his soul in a disastrous mission code-named "1346". He numbed himself with alcohol and indifference, until a mysterious woman from the Cloud Sky Zone brought an impossible task: to sneak into the subconscious of target "1346" - the mad scientist who fell into a deep coma, and retrieve a secret that could subvert the world.
In order to atone for his sins and to find out the truth behind his partner's disappearance, Ling Ye must return to the twisted, broken sea of mind filled with deadly "nightmares".
