In life, we often misjudge people. But this is not because our eyes are "blind", but because of the kindness in our hearts.
When we look at the world with kindness, we will unconsciously think good things about others and be willing to believe that human nature is inherently good. Just like in a team project, because of my kindness, I easily trusted a seemingly positive partner and felt that he would work hard for the project just like me. But later I discovered that he only did enough on the surface, but actually had no intention at all. But even so, I don't regret my "misunderstanding" at first, because it was a reflection of my kindness and my expectation for a good interpersonal relationship. This kindness also made me better know how to distinguish in the future, but always maintained goodwill towards others.
