Seventeen-year-old high school students Chi Xue Ning (Vermilion Bird) and Qing Yu Lan (Azure Dragon) fall down a mountain and into the world of tomb raiding, where their divine beast souls awaken.
The Zhang family, the Wang family, and the Nine Gates are all here. Divine beasts and the locals clash in a battle for the “Gate Beyond the World.”
CPs (one-to-many, already decided):
Vermilion Bird Chi Xue Ning ← Zhang family: Zhang Qiling, Zhang Haike
Azure Dragon Qing Yu Lan ← Wang family: Wang Can + divine beasts: Bai Ye, Xuan Ming
Two female leads, sisters but not blood-related, each with her own romances. They join forces to break the deadlock. Will they go home or stay? The answer will be decided in battle.
