She Has Me Under Her Spell: The CEO Wants to Cling to Her Every Day

[The short drama is now streaming, titled: Qing Ling, Toward the Evening Breeze]

Puppy-dog CEO vs. clear-eyed secretary

[Both leads are inexperienced in love + flirtatious push and pull + sweet romance + long-planned pursuit]

Workaholic Song Qing lost her parents when she was young and was raised by her older brother, Song Yanghui.

During college, she was humiliated by Lu Chenyu's mother, her childhood sweetheart's, and resolved to have nothing more to do with the wealthy elite.

What she didn't know was that her boss, Fu Lingchuan, had already set his sights on her.

But no matter what Fu Lingchuan did for her, Song Qing showed no sign of falling for him. The ruthless, domineering CEO turned into a melancholy prince:

“Why doesn't Secretary Song like me? I'm so outstanding.”

“No, sometimes she does seem to care about me.”

“No, that's not concern. It's just her job.”

“Actually, no. Sometimes I think she sneaks a look at me.”

Day after day, Fu Lingchuan grew frantic:

“Secretary Song, have I spoiled you too much?!”

“Don't you dare go out with male models again, or you'll regret it!”

“I'm the only man you're allowed to have! If you dare marry someone else, I'll crash the wedding!”

Song Qing was nearly driven mad by his pestering. “Excuse me, are you seriously ill?”

Fu Lingchuan pinned her against the wall. “I am seriously ill, but I've found a cure: marry a woman named Song Qing and take her home. Then I'll be cured.”
