Infinite: A Two-Way Journey Through the Instances

Lin Yu and Shen Yuan were living in the real world when they unexpectedly became bound to the “Doomsday Survival System.” They were forced to enter one perilous horror scenario after another, such as a city besieged by zombies and a bizarre school. Each scenario had a time limit. If they failed to complete their mission in time, they could be eliminated and face unknown consequences. Once inside, a live-streaming orb followed them everywhere, recording their every move. It only shut off when they were resting. The orb contained a live-stream channel where unknown viewers watched their progress. Comments scrolled by nonstop, sometimes offering warnings, while viewers also sent gifts that earned them points in the System. At first, they lacked the abilities to face the powerful monsters in each scenario, and the terrifying surroundings put them under immense psychological pressure and restricted their movements. They faced agonizing choices between gaining rewards from the scenarios and staying true to their feelings for each other and their moral principles. However, Lin Yu used his calm intelligence to devise plans, while Shen Yuan charged into battle with overwhelming strength. Working together seamlessly, they overcame every obstacle. Their interactions sent the live-stream viewers into a frenzy, and the gifts poured in. Through one life-or-death trial after another, their feelings quickly deepened, and they went from battle-hardened teammates to lovers. They also made reliable friends, including the clever Su Ming, the honest and simple Zhao Gang, and the mischievous Yun Meng. Together, they wrote a legend in the infinite world. In the end, they not only overcame every challenge, but continued their sweet romance after returning to the real world.
