"After Amnesia, I Fall in Love with the Prince of the Enemy Country" is an ancient Machiavellian sadomasochism novel that tells the tragic love-hate story between Shen Jue, the prince of the Sheng Kingdom, and Lin Su, the enemy's craftsman (actually his old love Shen Qingyan who lost his memory).
Shen Jue rescued Lin Su, who looked similar to his old friend Gu Qingyan, on the battlefield, and stayed with him under the pseudonym Gu Lin. Lin Su was poisoned and was forced to deliver information to the king of Sui. However, he was moved by Shen Jue's kindness and affection in his daily interactions.
