Chen Feng, an unemployed young man, became a takeaway rider. As he traveled through the city, he witnessed all kinds of life: a migrant worker delivering soup to his hospitalized wife, an elderly man living alone who ordered late at night, and a shady businessman who threatened with negative reviews. He was complained about being late for a food delivery, and accidentally got involved in a dispute between merchants and the platform. He joined other riders to initiate a rights protection, but found that under the cold rules of the platform algorithm, the contradiction between capital and workers had long been entrenched.
