Introduction to the work
The moment the game player Ling pressed the login button of "Seven Days World", the data stream turned into putrid ruins - he was trapped in a real doomsday. The garbled code of "Realistic Anchor Lost" cuts off the way back, the pain of bleeding in the palms, and the sweet smell of stardust pollution all show that hunger and death are not virtual. The "pollution value 12%" and "sanity value 91%" that jump on the mobile phone screen are a countdown to distortion and the collapse of human nature.
The once-familiar rules of the game are completely out of control: the Carrion Walker's eyeballs are embedded in the flesh buds, Rosetta's stardust weapons, and the Vulture Gang's plunder are more cruel than the setting. Ling could only fight with rusty steel bars and rely on broken billboards to hide, but he encountered traces of reality in the ruins - the Coke he often drank, college posters, and the "abnormal data flow" prompt flashed on his mobile phone, which made him suspect that the time travel was no accident.
When a stardust crystal engraved with his name appeared deep in the rusty church, he was shocked to realize that maybe he was never a player, but data that was manipulated. In this death game without archives, he not only has to find the logout key within seven days, but also uncovers the terrifying truth about the "player" and the "world" - when he finally touches the "exit button", will he return to reality or fall into a deeper virtual trap?
