Ancient Mystery Solving + Political Scheming and Power Struggles + Cunning Detective + Ruthless and Decisive + Playing the Fool to Outsmart Others
Forensic examiner Lu Yuan's soul transmigrates into the Great Qian dynasty, where he becomes a lowly ninth-rank coroner at the Court of Judicial Review, someone anyone can trample on. From the start, he is confronted with a locked-room murder that shakes the court, and every piece of evidence points to a loyal official. While everyone else is at a loss, Lu Yuan discovers he can see a measure of sin above every person's head!
A beautiful concubine, seemingly too frail to care for herself, has a glaring [999+ Sins] above her head; a sanctimonious powerbroker at court has a towering [Dark Golden Skull] behind his back. In this world, where human lives are worth less than grass, truth and justice are worthless. If that's the case, then let evil become the sharpest blade in my hand!
From examining corpses and solving cases to taking control of the court, Lu Yuan uses his eyes of sin to see through people's hearts and hidden schemes, and calculate every twist of court politics. The world calls me the Living Yama. I laugh at them for failing to see the truth!
It's just average. Others can still see the golden finger. I can write whatever comes to my mind with logical thinking.
I think this suspenseful plot is very well written [plus one on bookshelf], and I love reading it frequently [please update] @jin
It's outrageous. He has mood swings and a lot of sins. He's worth a prince's palace but he doesn't even have a dead soldier? Shouldn't dead soldiers be used to kill people and silence them?
