"Heroes of the Snow Ridge" is set in the Snow Ridge of the Greater Khingan Mountains during the Anti-Japanese War from 1931 to 1945. It tells the passionate story of the children of the Snow Ridge joining forces to resist the enemy and protect their homeland. The whole play revolves around "protecting the lifeblood of Xueling (gold mines, water sources, mountains and forests)" and "fighting against the Japanese invasion". It depicts a group of heroes with different identities but caring about their country, and writes a heroic song about perseverance, redemption and inheritance in troubled times.
