The Number One Immortal of Caida

In the early 2000s, dozens of universities in Binjiang City’s Xiansen University Town were under construction, kicking up clouds of dust... and strange incidents kept occurring.

Zhang Yunqing, a rich second-generation heir who could have studied abroad with little effort, earned a degree, and returned to inherit a vast fortune, was instead dumped by his father at the campus of the newly built Finance and Economics University in the suburbs.

His father called it “experiencing life.” In reality, he wanted Zhang to use the skills he’d learned at a Taoist temple as a child to clean up this “feng shui treasure ground,” where strange things kept happening, so the property development could proceed smoothly.

And so the finance student on the verge of failing his classes became the “purifier” who quietly guarded this ivory tower...

He thought it would be a low-key side quest: quietly cleanse the place. But then he unexpectedly met Wang Keke, a junior with a “special constitution” who kept running into unclean things...

As the two joined forces to drive away evil, they also gained a much richer reward... love.
