Synopsis

[Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World + Bonus Stories + Romance + 486 + Rem + Rem Is the Best + Another World + Fantasy + Lighthearted Humor + Warm and Healing + No Major Changes to Canon + ...Well, I can't think of anything else]

Before You Read: This story takes place during daily life at the mansion after Rem wakes up. The characters and worldbuilding stay extremely close to the original anime. Readers of the web version know that Rem loses her memories after waking up. This is a fan-made bonus story based on that premise.

After transmigrating through countless loops, he finally won back the chance to have her by his side.

Rem has lost her memories, yet she feels safe and close to Subaru alone, as naturally as if it were a habit.

As the sunset washes over the Roswaal mansion, she serves him hot tea.

“Welcome home, Subaru-kun.”

Could the bonds etched into their very bones really be nothing more than a “habit”?
