After Escaping the CEO, I Trampled Him Underfoot

He had absolute power and an obsession that bordered on madness. He imprisoned me in a gilded cage, convinced I was a bird that could never escape his grasp. He was wrong. I’m no fragile flower waiting to be rescued. I’m a hunter lying in wait, biding my time in the dark. Every humiliation and every ounce of pain he inflicted on me would become a whetstone to hone my edge. The moment the chains snapped would be the signal for the hunt to begin. This time, I would make the rules. The CEO who once seemed utterly untouchable would eventually kneel at my feet and see for himself who the true king was.
