Reborn in 1991, Lu Weiguo, a master welder, puts his future technology to use as he becomes a welder. Starting with rocket engines, aircraft carrier decks, and nuclear power plant pipelines, he gradually builds the world's strongest team of “Chinese Craftsmen” and breaks foreign technological monopolies.
Armed with technology from the future, he goes from repairing an aircraft carrier's keel to conquering the vacuum chambers used in chip manufacturing. Wherever his welding torch points, China's destiny rises!
This is a passionate expedition to weld national dignity onto the world stage with steel and fire!
