Sweet Romance, Lighthearted Daily Life, Married First and Fell in Love Later, Mutual Devotion, No Household or Palace Scheming
The daily life of Pei Yao, a fierce general's daughter, and Zheng Xun, the heir to a prince's estate, who marry first and fall in love later.
Pei Yao can take an enemy's head on the battlefield, sew and make clothes in the inner quarters, and run a business with a capable partner at her side.
Zheng Xun is a wealthy, idle heir who enjoys painting, calligraphy, carving, and gardening. He excels at making ingenious devices and improving weapons.
As the only heir to the prince's estate, does he need a house full of wives and concubines to ensure the family line flourishes?
Pei Yao: She wants her husband all to herself!
Zheng Xun: I belong to her!
It is a long-running story about marriage first and love later. It is super delicate. The male protagonist is a humble little naughty dog and the female protagonist coaxes her. The story line at the end is also rich and the male and female protagonists have very good families.
I've read Chapter 50. This book is quite interesting. It feels like it's being narrated. It describes the daily life of the male and female protagonists in a nonchalant way. After reading the back part, this book is definitely not worth 5 stars. Mrs. Jiang who harmed the heroine is a complete failure in the book. Even if she can be saved after harming the princess, she can still say evil words in the temple, and then actually take action to hit the heroine????? What the hell???? Then the heroine kicked her, and the abbot was still nervous about whether Mrs. Jiang was okay????? And then just let it go????? Are you here to be funny?????
