In May 1986, the Kowloon Walled City caught fire. Lin Chuan, an 18-year-old boy from a black family, awakens the memory of his previous life as a special forces soldier in the flames and rescues the kidnapped rich man Zheng Jiachun alone. A contract allowed him to obtain legal status and step into the abyss of Hong Kong circles. In the military, on the set, and in the stock market, in ten years, he used his fists and film to open the curtain of the golden era. From the ruins of the Walled City to the red carpet of the Golden Statue, from a helicopter flying over Victoria Harbor to ringing the bell on Nasdaq, Lin Chuan filmed all the famous scenes in Hong Kong films into his own god-like documentary.
