In a dusty world filled with dim steam and filthy odors, corpse hunter Lin Jiuming touched the rules written in blood from an "eyeless corpse" and glimpsed the truth of the world: the corpses of all living beings will eventually fall into the ruins - a place of reincarnation with rules created by the outer god "Mother of Chaos".
As the only "Guixu Walker" who can travel between two realms, Lin Jiuming relies on his ancestral "Nuo Trace Book" and the memory of corpse language to survive in the ten-day death game: he manipulates the dead to perform Nuo dramas to absorb telepathy, and splits his face to destroy the polluting entities. Every promotion requires the completion of ancient Nuo rituals in extreme scenes, such as singing "Mu Lian Saves His Mother" in a dirty river where thousands of corpses are floating, and suppressing the projection of external gods with a dramatic tone.
However, the night watchman organization "Xunyinliao" appears to be suppressing filth, but in fact it sacrifices corpses to foreign gods; the lamp thieves tamper with the Nuo opera script and twist the ritual into a sacrificial contract; and the creator of Guixu Land is actually closely related to the first generation of corpse collectors.
"What I am fishing for is not a corpse, but the answer to the fate of all sentient beings."
Lin Jiuming wears a cracked Nuo mask and holds a blood-stained corpse hook in his hand, standing at the intersection of two realms. This time, he will use Nuo opera as a blade and corpses as a shield to perform a god-killing play.
