The author's writing is very good, and although the story is short, everything that needs to be explained is explained. This is the most diligent pursuit of his wife and the most sincere atonement I have seen in a novel. The only thing I feel is a bit off is that the intimacy between the male and female protagonists is too subtle. It feels like most of them describe two people working hard for their respective careers. Instead, it weakens the emotional aspect between the male and female protagonists. But overall it's okay. Worth a look.
