In the modern urban context, two people who are trapped in "time" - Su Nian, a freelance illustrator who suffers from time-limited memory loss (similar to early-onset Alzheimer's, but progresses faster), and Lu Zeyan, a construction engineer who is forced to "overdraw the future" in time in order to treat his sister's disease, a tragic story from mutual redemption to eventually being torn apart by reality.
