Back to the Mountains to Lie Flat and Enjoy Retirement

At twenty-six, Chen Jing had lost her loved ones one after another. After working for two years following graduation, she’d grown tired of office life. She quit her job, took all her savings, left the city, and returned to the house her grandmother had left her in the mountains. There, she settled into a leisurely, easygoing, and peaceful life: planting trees, picking mushrooms, and finding time for a little romance.

This novel is all about slow living and rural life. There is a male lead, but no mutually destructive love or earth-shattering romance!!!!
