The Jiahuan Era: Echoes of the Rift

“Keeping a dragon's offspring is a capital crime? Then we'll carve out a way to survive!”

“Dragonfire blazes anew, iron forged into armor. I will remake this world!”

Four hundred years ago, the dragons descended and saved the continent from an invasion from the Otherworld. Four hundred years later, the Empire strains under its burdens, dark currents swirl, and the alliance teeters on the verge of collapse.

On a stormy night, Rayne, a young shepherd, stumbles into a mysterious cave and comes away with a dark blue dragon egg, unaware that it belongs to the last of the dragonfolk.

After seven years in hiding, their secret is exposed, and the Empire's cavalry relentlessly hunts them down.

One boy and one dragon flee for their lives, enter the Dwarf Kingdom, and embark on the path of forging.

Using dragonfire as his hammer and the starry sky as his anvil, he forges armor with dragon's breath and shakes the Hundred Furnaces Arena!

But imperial schemes, dwarven secrets, and the return of the Otherworld's threat soon follow one after another...

What binds them together is not only the fate of the Shining Star, but also the first echo that will tear the world apart.
