Xiaoyan, who was born in a poor Shiqiao Village, changed her destiny with her knowledge and was admitted to a key provincial university majoring in agricultural economics and management. During college, the poverty situation in her hometown and the plight of the villagers always affected her heart. After graduation, she resolutely gave up her lucrative job in the big city and returned to her hometown to devote herself to rural revitalization. In Shiqiao Village, Xiaoyan experienced doubts and setbacks, and started the path of change by trial planting jelly oranges. Overcoming technical difficulties, rebuilding the trust of villagers, and successfully leading everyone to establish a cooperative and build a brand, Shiqiao Village achieved poverty alleviation and transformation. Subsequently, Xiaoyan responded to the call for poverty alleviation in Tibet and went to the Tibetan village in Garze Prefecture. At a higher altitude and in a more difficult environment, she faced the cultural collision and survival challenges brought about by cross-regional poverty alleviation, and continued to fulfill her mission of poverty alleviation.
