He cultivated cronies in the court, suppressed the old aristocrats, developed water conservancy, promoted the economy, and intervened in the conflicts between Sun and Liu to obtain benefits.
In the end, Sun Quan and Liu Bei were defeated in a series of wars, and they were basically unified.
