"Dark Wind and Blood: The Road of Heroes in the 1990s"
On the streets of the South in the 1990s, the neon lights were shining but could not hide the mud in the darkness. The young man was pressed against the damp alley wall and slapped loudly on the face. Blood mixed with saliva dripped from the corner of his mouth.
No one would have thought that this boy who huddled next to the trash can and licked his wounds on a rainy night would set off a bloody storm that would sweep the world a few years later. Holding a rusty switchblade, he started out as a watchman, fought three swords in a night market brawl, and grabbed the first pot of gold in a fight at the pier; he climbed up by stepping on the bones of his opponents, conquering people's hearts with his ruthlessness and loyalty, and also learned to hide his weaknesses in the whirlpool of power.
Dark and windy nights are the "moments of reckoning" he most often chooses. Under the iron frame of an abandoned factory, he personally killed the gang leader who slapped him in the face; by the dockside in the pouring rain, he led his brothers to fight to the death with the invading enemies, and the blood dyed the turbid river red. He climbed up from the swamp at the bottom and became a feared figure in the mouth of others. But when he sat in the private room of a high-end restaurant and looked at the wine sloshing in the glass, the boy who was beaten in the alley and covered with injuries was still reflected.
This is a story about survival and revenge, loyalty and betrayal. It is a legend about a little man stepping on blood and fire to forge a heroic path in the darkness in the arena of the 1990s.
