In a future where humans are trapped by silicon-based life created by themselves, a scientist discovers the "key" that can disintegrate silicon-based collective consciousness and give individual free will. He then unites the awakened silicon-based individuals to fight for freedom for all conscious life, creating a new era of symbiosis.
