Seven Days in the Abyss
When time stands still, do you dare to peer into the truth beneath the abyss?
A silent invitation. A survival game with a seven-day endgame.
Young doctor Chen Mo’s world crumbles on a rainy night. Time seems to have been paused: raindrops hang suspended in midair, and all things fall silent. The only thing still moving is the old pocket watch left behind by his younger sister, its face suddenly displaying a blood-red countdown of seven days.
A mysterious sandalwood box with no sender appears without a sound. Inside are seven withered ginkgo leaves, their veins strangely interwoven into a map leading to an unknown place, along with a chilling instruction:
“Seven days. The truth lies at the bottom of the pool.”
Following the directions, Chen Mo arrives at an abandoned Deep Pool Station, where he meets other strangers who have also been “chosen”: a sickly girl with unnerving composure, a battle-scarred and resolute veteran, a greedy and cowardly opportunist, and a scholar with hidden motives... A dark green train with no driver’s cab glides in like a ghost. Inside, three blood-red rules are posted on the carriage walls, rules that must not be broken:
“Do not ask about the past.” “Do not trust your companions.” “Do not look out the window.”
The train takes them to a series of “game scenarios” governed by bizarre rules and deadly horrors: an abyssal pool where they must sacrifice a part of their bodies every day to survive; an endless corridor where their memories are stolen and guarded by mirror hunters; a silent library where shadows devour sound in absolute quiet; and a place where ancient horrors are born
