Don't Tell Someone You Just Met That You Like Them

[Sweet romance + marriage first, love later + contrasting charm + slow and steady] A restrained psychology professor × a slow-on-the-uptake BL comic artist. Yang Keke, a comic artist, never imagined a matchmaking session could turn into a “showdown.” Facing Zhan Yuyan, the genteel psychology professor everyone admires, she bluntly voices her opinions and casually calls him out. She expects him to be put off, but instead, she unexpectedly sparks his “research interest.” An unexpected “exchange of equals” begins: The “chemistry tests” he carefully designs are copied word for word into her story as classic romance-comic scenes. He thinks he’s the “protagonist” taking the lead in pursuing love, only to discover that she’s cast him as the “top” in her comic. What drives Zhan Yuyan to despair even more is that his greatest rival in the pursuit of love turns out to be the fictional pairing in Yang Keke’s comic. “Yang Keke, instead of drawing stories about me and someone else, why don’t you try having a real relationship with me?”
