The protagonist, Wu Xiangzi, is a special being born from the cracks in the Five Elements Mountain. He is not the real body of Sun Wukong, but a consciousness created by a mixture of the resentment accumulated during the five hundred years of the Monkey King being suppressed, the afterglow of Taishang Laojun's unrefined golden elixir, and the hypocritical power of the Tathagata Buddha's seal. It has a digital thinking mode, can read Wukong's memory, can transform into shapes (such as the image of Li Bai), and master the power of the true water of Taiyin and the remaining fire of Jindan.
The story constructs a dark world view of Journey to the West full of conspiracy theories. All parties have evil intentions, and the traditional boundaries between good and evil are blurred. The protagonist struggles to survive in a multi-party game.
