In the apocalypse, six-year-old Mu Si survives by scavenging through garbage dumps. Though still a child, she has already seen through human nature.
By chance, she saves Qin Yi’an, the second son of the Qin family, but all the credit for her deed is stolen by her neighbor, Li Hui, who claims it as her own.
Worse still, Li Hui persecutes her and steals her true identity, passing herself off as Mu Si.
Fortunately, after obtaining the Pearl of Life, Mu Si awakens her innate power.
“It’s all your fault! You’re a superpowered person. Your job is to protect ordinary people. Why didn’t you show up sooner? Then my parents wouldn’t have died!”
Crack!
Without hesitation, Mu Si sends the boy who dared to confront her straight to hell.
A bloodthirsty smile curls Mu Si’s lips. “He was bitten by a zombie and has already turned. He’s out of his mind, so I have to put him down!”
Someone tries to rob her at the market. Who robs whom is still up in the air.
With vines wrapped around her hands, Mu Si walks toward the robbers, each step matching the beat of their pounding hearts. “Leave the cores behind. You can all cancel your lives now!”
Wherever Mu Si goes, chaos follows.
“Run! That little girl is vicious!” Everyone scatters in a panic.
When there’s no food, Mu Si catches zombies and puts them to work farming!
When enemies come calling, Mu Si raises an eyebrow and waves her hand. “Shut the gates. Let my zombie big brother out so he can have a feast!”
Through her own efforts, Mu Si becomes the third major power, after the Sky City and the underground base: the Zombie Legion!
