Chen Yu, a doctor of modern agriculture, traveled to a poor mountain village in 1983 and became a young man who returned home with a poor family. Faced with his family who had insufficient food to eat and the isolated village, he used modern knowledge to start from making canned mountain products and gradually established a food processing empire, leading the whole village out of poverty and becoming rich. In the process, we had to deal with the shackles of the planned economy and fight against local forces. We eventually created a brand of agricultural products that radiated across the country and became a trendsetter in the wave of reform and opening up.
