The world is not as solid as it seems.
For Lin Ke, an overworked office worker, and Su Qian, a convenience store night-shift clerk, life had been nothing more than the same ordinary struggle, day after day. Then, one eerie midnight, a transaction that should never have happened dragged them into a nightmare straight out of an urban legend: a convenience store swallowed by endless fog, and a “customer” with stiff movements and pupils flickering with static.
After narrowly surviving, the two discover that they have been bound to an eerie app that cannot be uninstalled: "Threshold Log". It coldly declares that they have become “Resonants,” able to sense and enter the “Threshold Spaces” hidden in the cracks of reality, where the rules are warped and indescribable things lurk.
