Primordial Era: I Hid My Way to Creation and Brought Pangu Back

Lin Yue, an all-around young man from the modern era, accidentally transmigrates to the primordial age, before chaos has split and before Pangu has awakened. He mistakes the newly awakened Pangu for a “reclusive elder from primordial chaos” and casually chats and jokes with him, unaware that this “elder” already sees him as a junior and secretly slips him primordial chaos energy and Innate Spiritual Treasures. Before the world is created, Pangu even lays protective restrictions around him.

Lin Yue is cautious and steady by nature, but he also has the makings of a “top scholar.” Whether he studies the Dao’s true meaning under the Three Pure Ones or explores the laws of the Great Dao alongside the Three Thousand Chaosfiends, he quickly grasps new ideas and makes rapid progress. His constitution also improves by leaps and bounds under Pangu’s secret nurturing. Every now and then, he shamelessly “mooches” resources from the powerful and “tricks” hostile forces. On his path of cultivation, he meets Su Qingyan, a sexy and spirited senior sister. The two go from trading barbs to standing side by side. He also makes brothers he can trust with his back, and, out of compassion for all living beings, protects the weak through one calamity after another.

From witnessing Pangu transform into all things during the creation calamity, to avoiding disaster and stockpiling goods during the Dragon-Han Tribulation, and then to exposing the schemes of the Two Sages of the West and protecting humanity’s fortune during the Investiture of the Gods and Journey to the West calamities, Lin Yue proceeds step by step until he becomes a Sage of the Great Dao. But when he uncovers the truth of the past and learns everything Pangu sacrificed to protect him and create the world, he resolutely plunges into the river of time, defying the laws of the Heavenly Dao to retrieve Pangu’s fading soul.

From then on, the Primordial World gains a Great Dao Holy Lord who “protects his little one,” as well as an old friend whose bond spans chaos and time. From the beginning of chaos to the end of the Tang Dynasty pilgrimage for scriptures, Lin Yue reshapes the Primordial World through his own efforts. He cherishes family, protects love, treasures brotherhood, and shelters all living beings in the Three Realms with his boundless compassion, ultimately forging a Primordial legend of “quietly cultivating to the Great Dao and defying fate.”
