The Tarot Princess

Princess Tarot is an ordinary girl named Aili. On the day she was born, an old witch named Falona grew jealous, fearing Aili would steal the king's affection from her own daughter. She arranged for a subordinate to secretly take the baby away, ordering Colson to throw the princess into the Demon Beast Forest, where the wild beasts would devour her. But Colson could not bring himself to do it, so he entrusted the princess to a childless couple, Tasya and Mei Yezi. After giving birth, the queen did not know that the old witch had plotted to have her precious child abandoned. When she woke and discovered her daughter was gone, she and the king were heartbroken. They swore to send people to find their daughter and investigate what had happened.
